It's beginning to look a lot like Easter: rain falling from the sky.
The air will be hotter, our sons and our daughters
It's beginning to look a lot like Easter, not Christmas anymore.

I most enjoyed the after-midnight party as my Miriam, my Mum, Jenn and Erin took on Tim, Greg, Doug and me
in Charades (pronounced "charades") and, yes, clobbered us.

Again the Minstrels sang and also performed a mime of two window washers
fooling around as they "assist" a window dresser in putting together
a Nativity Scene. Finally, they get the idea and become members of the scene themselves.

CBC Radio One NW Ont. kindly played this parody of mine
at c. 0725h, Wed. Dec. 20/06.
It's beginning to look a lot like Easter everywhere you go.
It's December the 24th and we're living in the North,
But we're playing in the slush instead of snow.
It's warm enough to walk, but we drive around the block,
And we wonder why.
Will wilt under the glow.
The icecaps'll shrink and we'll be in the drink
And we'll have to learn to row
And Doctor David Suzuki can say I told you so.
The final catastrophe that we might have to see,
Says Al Gore,
Is the rising of the sea, inconveniently,
Up to your front door.
