The Vickers Heights Community Centre will seat 135 people for dinner with space set aside for dancing.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for considering booking your special occasion with us and to wish you every success with your event. Please take a moment to read over the information provided, as all bookings are subject to the conditions laid out below.
Rental Rates are subject to change without notice, however existing reservations, will be at the rate applicable at time of booking.
Full payment of rental fees is required within 14 days of accepting the booking. Only paid events have confirmed bookings. A full refund will be made if the booking is cancelled more than 90 days before the event. No refund will be made after this time unless an alternate booking is obtained for the cancelled date. Please make cheques payable to: Vickers Heights Community Centre.
The renter assumes full responsibility for obtaining any required Special Occasion Liquor Permits and ensuring that all AGCO regulations are followed.
The renter is responsible for ensuring that adequate security is provided to enforce alcohol and Liquor Licence regulations and to make sure that no damage occurs to Community Centre property.
The renter assumes full liability for any damages incurred during the booking.
No liquor is to be served after 1:00 AM, and the premises must be cleared by 1:30 AM.
For events serving Alcohol, one supervisor must be provided by the Vickers Heights Community Centre.
Bartenders are not allowed to handle cash, and must have S.I.P. Training. The Community Centre is able to supply bartenders if requested. Extra staff is at the discretion of the renter.
