I stopped by three times during the day, starting at 0600h. Because I was among the first there, I was
given a CBC shopping bag. I returned later to record an introduction for "Voyage North" and then again to
watch "Voyage North" for a while.
The following Sunday evening I went to the "Save Our CBC" concert at the Black Pirates Pub, featuring The Outsiders, pictured below: |
Is This Katee Sackhoff?
This insert was included in my Mastercard bill. The model in it looks a lot like "Starbuck" from Battlestar Galactica!! |

"Murder at the Sidewinder Saloon"
at
The Kam Valley Community Centre
Apr. 18
This was a fund-raising dinner theatre show for the Kam Valley Community Centre. A loosely-connected group of six of
us (including my niece, Devha) improvised (with rehearsals!) a murder mystery set in the Sidewinder Saloon in Kam Valley c. 1870.
The organizers and guests did a great job in decorating, building a set, costuming and playing along with the cast.
I played Jake Barmann, the proprietor of the saloon, wannabe-stand-up comic and illiterate Postmaster of Kam Valley. Click here for other murder mysteries in which I've performed. |
