Join us for a day to relax and be creative with
nature. Each
workshop starts off at 10 am with a light breakfast of coffee, juice
and home-made scones, includes all the supplies and materials needed
to create your chosen project. A 3-course lunch is also provided.
Our day should be finished around 4 pm. Come and enjoy our
relaxing atmosphere, great food and producting your own handmade craft. Call early
to ensure a spot for you and a few friends.

Soap Stone Carving
with Alice Sabourin of
Beedaubin
Designs
Participants will learn basic carving
techniques creating unique images of from soap stone. The three
stages of carving will include sculpting and detailing, sanding and
polishing. Participants will gain appreciation of the relationship
of soap stone carving from an Aboriginal perspective and its' long
history as an Indigenous Art Forms.
