Owner/Chef Markus Hofmann, Swiss Hotelier invites you to experience a delectable 3 or 5-course meal in a quiet, intimate setting on secluded 440 acres of meadows, forest and ancient mountains only ½ hour drive from the airport. The restaurant is open Thursday through Sunday, all year. Usually only one menu is served per evening, with one sitting at 7.00 p.m. Please inquire about exceptions for special Holidays. We are open any day upon request for groups of minimum 6 guests or more. We have the perfect setting for any special occasions --
birthdays, anniversaries, retirements ... All our 5-course dinner menus include soup, salad, appetizer, main entree, dessert and tea or freshly ground coffee. We strive to use local and organically grown produce whenever possible and depending on the season.
Getaway packages including dinner and accommodations are available at
preferred rates. New, cozy log cottages with Jacuzzi bath tub provides a
