Annual Fundraiser Dinner (& Breakfast)
I was the Stage Manager. This was my view:
Coffeehouse
Northwood Park Church of Christ Activities
Nov. 20
Robin Harbron and I performed "Every Grain of Sand" and "I'll Remember You" (both by Bob Dylan)
and my own "Monsters in the Sky" and "Country Gospel Song (of Death)". Solo I performed
my "The Other Half" and
took a stab at U2's "Love Rescue Me". (It didn't.)
Other musical activities included the usual Senior Home visits, dinner music for the annual Brotherhood of St. Andrew Beef Dinner at St. Thomas' (Nov. 26) and a CD Listening Party (Nov. 12) at Lappalas'. As well, several of us attended the Nov. 3 "Flipper Flanagan" CD Release Concert along with Shroom who designed their CD cover. Then we went to Kelsey's for wings (the food, not the band).
No, that is not Shroom's artwork that he is holding (and eating)! |
Okay, so this wasn't taken exactly on Kyla Jane's birthday (Oct. 24).
This pic of Kristian Leif was taken (by me) at his Uncle Travis's birthday party at the Keg, Nov. 26.
Cambrian Players
My pix from our production of Neil Simon's "Rumors" will be included on the Dec. '05 page.
I played Alistair Baker Sea, host of "The Master's Piecemeal Theatre" in "The Invitation".
