Though I was actually still on my Health Leave (due to end by May 23), I was announced to all as Dorion Bible Camp and Conference Centre's Programme Director. On the 31st I attended a mtg with the Board at which they strongly urged me to agree to their plan to reintegrate me back to my duties in time for the rapidly approaching summer, as well as (good news!) a process of reviewing all facets of Dorion Bible Camp in order to reach today's youth more effectively. I agreed to this, especially with enthusiasm for the fresh approach to youth ministry. I understood each member to have committed him/herself (and the organization) to this reintegration process -- and so I committed myself to it. However, see April 19/04.
