The Kakabeka Legion has banquet facilities and catering service for all your requirements.
Our main Hall will seat 250 people for dinner and the adjoining Fireside Room will seat 60.
We are fully licenced under the Alcohol and Gaming Commission (AGCO).
Our catering staff is second to none and will be happy to provide you with whatever you require to make your event a great success. Whether it is a luncheon with soup and sandwiches, or a full Dinner Buffet, you can see by the menu that we can fill your requirements at a reasonable price.

The following Hall rental rates apply:

A deposit of $150 for the main hall, or $75 for the Fireside Room is required within 14 days of accepting the booking. A full refund will be made if the booking is cancelled more than six months before the event. No refund will be made after this time unless an alternate booking is obtained for the cancelled date. Only food prepared by our catering staff may be served on our premises.
The renter assumes full responsibility for obtaining any required Special Occasion Liquor Permits and ensuring that all AGCO regulations are followed.
The renter is responsible for ensuring that adequate security is provided to enforce alcohol and Liquor Licence regulations and to make sure that no damage occurs to Kakabeka Legion property.
The renter assumes full liability for any damages incurred during the booking.
No liquor is to be served after 1:00 AM, and the premises must be cleared by 1:30 AM.
At least one bar staff must be provided by the Kakabeka Legion at a cost of $125 per staff member. Extra staff is at the discretion of the renter.
A service charge of $1.00 per person in attendance or booked for, whichever is greater, will be assessed when the bar is used. Bar service can be arranged at time of booking.

- All prices are subject to change upon minimum thirty days notice.
- We provide table set up and clean up.
