Full Product Description: This recall involves "CTG Kool Charmz" charm bracelet gift set (item # 60901). The item number can be found on the back of the package.
The charm bracelet gift set contains 1 bracelet with 5 interchangable charms. The charms are multicoloured, with glitter and nautical themes. The labelling on the package says "for ages 8 and up" and "lead free/nickel free".

Hazard Identified: Testing by Health Canada revealed that the clasp in the charm bracelet gift set contains lead in excess of the allowable limit. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects. Health Canada has not received reports of illness or incidents related to the use of this item. Full Product Description: This recall involves Rub-A-Dub Shaving in the Tub shaving set which contains a 7oz (200g) can of foaming body soap, a plastic play razor, a shaving brush, comb and mirror. The recall applies to the foaming body soap which lacks hazard labelling. The recalled product is identified by the UPC number 731346061515.

Hazard Identified: Health Canada has established that the foaming body soap does not have mandatory labelling required under Canadian law.
The product lacks the symbol and warnings required for potentially explosive products. The lack of labelling information including appropriate warnings could lead to serious risks. Health Canada has not received reports of incidents or injuries to Canadians related to the use of the foaming body soap.

Corrective Action: Consumers are instructed to immediately take the recalled product away from children and dispose of it.
Consumers may contact their municipality for instructions on how to dispose of the recalled product.

Number Sold: Approximately 1, 503 units of the recalled products are known to have been sold at various stores across Canada.
Manufactured in the United States of America.

Time Period Sold: The recalled products were sold from August 2008 to February 2009.

The pyjama top is pink satin with white dots and light blue and dark pink trim. The pants are dark brown with multiple coloured flowers printed on them. The outfits were sold on a pink backer card
