The item number can be found on the back of the package. Hazard Identified: Testing by Health Canada revealed that the clasp in the charm bracelet gift set contains lead in excess of the allowable limit. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects. Health Canada has not received reports of illness or incidents related to the use of this item. The recall applies to the foaming body soap which lacks hazard labelling. The recalled product is identified by the UPC number 731346061515. Hazard Identified: Health Canada has established that the foaming body soap does not have mandatory labelling required under Canadian law. Corrective Action: Consumers are instructed to immediately take the recalled product away from children and dispose of it. Number Sold: Approximately 1, 503 units of the recalled products are known to have been sold at various stores across Canada. The outfits were sold on a pink backer card Hazard Identified: Surface paints on the pyjama pants contain lead in excess of the allowable limit.
