Davison, Barbara Miele-Davison to pay $26 million for misrepresenting its services to inventors. Davison Design has appealed the court's decision." Why wouldn't they appeal? Stealing your money is easy - but when it comes time to pay the piper for for getting caught in legal fraud - it can be a little bump in the financial road.

Ripoff Report: 116 reports of Davison Design
This is a terrific site! Don't get fooled - George Davison himself tries to promote the Davison company amonst all these complaints of being ripped off and scammed.
Davison Design has done well learning how to sneak money from people and turn innocent inventor's ideas into their own.
There are MANY people who are going through the same thing. You will notice a similar pattern as you read the pages. In each and every page you read, people mention names of Davison staff they have been in contact with - notice how the same name is never used twice? Not the Vice-Presidents, not the Directors nor Customer Service Representatives. They must employ no less then all of Pittsburgh, or they are falsefying and fabricating people to scam money. It would be interesting to have an investigation into their business and to verify the legitimacy of their staff. Do the staff infact exist with a matching social number? Is this a case of identity theft in a branded package and the government hasn't caught on??
Nothing is ever in writing. As you can see from my evidence, as well as others - when you pay these fees - there is no receipts of payment. Anything that is said over the phone is never in writing. When you read 'My Journal', you will read letters from Davison Design justifying that it is not part of their business to supply anything in writing to the client (you and me). Frequent company name changes, address changes, no receipts for payments... Tax evasion? Identity theft?
Spread the word that this company cannot continue to maliciously ruin people's lives. It is to be known that the name of Davison is NOT to be trusted around the world.
The more media coverage this can get - the better to protect our family, the inventor's ideas and our financial livelyhood.

Another great list of results that show Davison Design, Davison Inventegration, Davison's Inventionland or whatever the name flavour of the year is, has messed up alot of people - financially and emotionally.
Caveat emptor: Davison Inventegration will just take your money

Davison Design will get rich one way or the other. Davison will take your money, or steal your idea and then make money. In no way - does the money come into YOUR pocket.

If you are into throwing money away, not seeing anything in return, poor business practices and misrepresentation - you are free to be friends with (or bought out) by George Davison, from Davison Design and inventigration. However - the rest of the people who cannot affort the strees, emotions and financial loss this relationship will bring - then steer clear!
