George M. Davison III, Gordon M. Davison, Barbara Miele-Davison to pay $26 million for misrepresenting its services to inventors
Why wouldn't they appeal it? They fattened their wallets off our money - and doesn't want to pay when the piper catches them in the wrong.
Davison's track record - not good
"... over the past five years ... over 260,000 consumers had submitted ideas, nearly 38,000 had purchased some form of service from Davison and 8 had made a profit." said George Crompton, Davison General Counsel.
: How can so many people be wrong?
"They stole my idea...", "...agreement was put together by a person with the obvious mentality of a child or thief.", "He lied to me, he knows very well... I hope one day Davison and his Directors end up in 'Jail', after I got my $10,431.00 back"

Here is my story!
This site has been made to to make the world aware of and explain my dreadful experience with the company Davison Design in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA. It is a story of misinformation, dodgy business practices, POOR communication and a continual strings of lies and deception. In short - this company is a money pit that will not get you anywhere - as you will see. Here is a document, the FTC vs Davison and Associates, outlining the same issues we are all having.
I have provided copies of my letters that have been sent in, as well as Davison's letters returned. You will see, that if there any disputes what-so-ever, nothing will ever be in writing and everything will always be in Davison's favour - not the clients. Not a trustable company with such open ended contracts, loop holes and poor customer service.
As a settlement to a lawsuit, Davison has to provide to clients the miniscule chance of having their ideas promoted. When you do the research on them - you will notice that every person who has ever dealt with Davison - has never had the same person twice? They must have over 200 phone reps, Directors or a REDICULOUSLY HIGH turn-over rate due to the fraud and get rich quick schemes an our backs.
My 'Davison Inventegration portfolio'
The photo above is a photo of the exact portfolio Davison Design customized for me (labelled my name on it). Click on it for a larger view. It came with a bunch of dividers that walked you through the various stages of invention. If you take a close look at the material, it is worded quite well... meaning it doesn't promise or guarantee anything at all - but it words it well to make you believe it will AND with enough perserverence and money (your money) - you will achieve the next step.
More photos and scans of my stuff from this binder may be available in the future - but at this time, I want my story to be told first AND to provide some research and education as to what you, a potential inventor will encounter. Loss of time, loss of patience, loss of respect and the loss of LOTS of money you may not have.
One more thing to realize... there are no inventors out there "singing praises of these companies" to quote Rodney Long. Real invention companies don't have to advertise... unlike Davison - who has to pay for sponsorship to be high in Google ranks - and has other affiliate people in his pocket. It is amazing what a little money... YOUR money can do to sway innocent inventors.
Is it legal?
Something to think about... they never give you receipts for payments, they do not give you anything in writing, they do not sent confirmation of anything. Isn't that fraud? Bad business and in bad faith? They drop enough names of staff for so called 'Directors' or Vice-Presidents' - they must litterally employ all of Pittsburgh.
Besides... how MESSED UP is this? The so called 'Inventegration Design Team' that brainstomed, with much enthusiasm, on how to design and
package your product and then executed these concepts to the best of our ability" was "Team Disney". This links directly to a scanned book of signatures that shows this. Kind of a give-a-way - when my product did not have anything to do with fun, kids, cartoons or the Disney kingdom.
