Points will not be included in the overall picture until at the end of the regular season.

Format
Each GM selected 8 teams from each conference for the 16 playoff teams.
Playoff teams predictions were finalized by October 23, 2008.

Points


  •   5 points for each correct team making the playoffs for a possible total of 80 points.
  • 10 points for each correct 1st place team in each conference for a possible total of 20 points.
  •   8 points for each correct 2nd place team in each conference for a possible total of 16 points.
  •   5 points for each correct 3rd place team in each conference for a possible total of 10 points.

    If you guess 12 or more out of the 16 teams that make the playoffs,
    there is an incremental bonus that goes like this:

  • 12 teams correctly gives you   30 points
  • 13 teams correctly gives you   40 points
  • 14 teams correctly gives you   50 points
  • 15 teams correctly gives you   60 points
  • 16 teams correctly gives you 100 points
