ichael Thompson found himself drawn into the adventure of a lifetime. He was about to discover that there was more to the planet Earth than he had ever imagined. The ancient civilizations of Lemuria, Atlantis and Solarris still exist, and they are controlling the destiny of the human race. Michael has been summoned to help fulfil an "Ancient Promise". Author Terrence Yahn, through his unique style of writing, allows the reader to view the world from an entirely new perspective. You will remember his interesting cast of characters, and you will always wonder if his novel was indeed a work of fiction.

"Basalt brought
them into the Map Room and onto a narrow walkway
that encircled the room about halfway up its
walls. The cavern was spherical and empty for the
moment. There was the walkway that they stood
upon and a bridge that split the room in half.
The opening to the causeway was directly in front
of them. They followed Basalt as he turned to his
left and started walking around the great room.
The walls of this cavern, like the pathway and
gateway tunnel, were of polished stone, without
flaw. As they circled the room they noticed
openings at a lower level. A couple of steps
further and they could make out the figures of
both Rachel and Debbie standing just inside the
viewing area, glancing up as they worked.
Basalt placed
his hand on the wall of the Map Room and it
turned to darkness. Michael and Richer stood
motionless.
The Map Room
filled with an image of the planet Earth. It was
similar to a hologram, yet much, much more
sensational. The walkway became the equator and
the bridge passed through the centre of the Earth.
Basalt led them onto the bridge, and there they
were, standing inside of the Earth looking out."
