NOR' WESTER SCOUT CAMP MEETING
FEBRUARY 1, 2005

ATTENDANCE:  Roberta Wolfe, Bill Taylor, Randy Mior, Stan Kwaka, Dave Corner, Randy Creighton, Larry Lewis, Tom Abthorpe, Bruce Carruthers, Susan McCutcheon, Darlene Armstrong.

 

Meeting was called to order at 7:10 p.m. by Dave Corner.  He advised everyone in attendance that the meeting was called to discuss a short term and long term planning for the new camp.

 

Everyone received a “Resource & Facility Survey” form that was created by Randy Creighton.  Each item was discussed and a few changes were made. 

 

It was decided to send this survey out to every leader in every section of Scouting in Thunder Bay to get their feedback on the development of the new camps. 

 

Randy Creighton will make changes to the survey and E-Mail it to all the leaders that are on line. 

 

Completed survey is to be returned by March 15, 2005.

 

Next Meeting will be held on Wednesday March 23, 2005 at Knox United Church on Pruden Street at 7:00 pm.
