Library:

The resource library at the Northwestern Women's Centre is a special library which focuses on women. The library contains reports, manuals, videos, journals, periodicals, and books which pertain to women's issues or are of interest to women. Our library covers a wide range of topics including health, feminist theory, parenting, poverty, work, relationships, herstory, education, arts and literature, northern women, first nations women, lesbians, aging, etc. We also have a modest collection of women authored novels.

Pamphlets and more:

We have many pamphlets and information booklets with valuable information. They generally fall into two categories: informational pamphlets and local agency brochures. These valuable resources cover a wide variety of topics and issues relevant to women. This list includes child and custody access, divorce, separation, stalking, legal aid and much more.

Survival Guide

Watch for our upcoming publication of Survival Guide which will be a Family Law Guide for Women.
