Information and Referral Volunteer:
- Greet women who visit the Centre, trying to
make them feel as comfortable as possible.
- Answer questions and requests by telephone and
in person about local services available for women.
- Complete log book for each call and visit.
- Help to provide a safe, supportive atmosphere
for women to access information, resources and support.
