Supervised Access Now Available

Thunder Bay now has a new Supervised Child Access and Exchange program which will open in August! The program provides for supervised visitation and exchanges of children by non-custodial parents in a safe, neutral and child focused environment. Self referrals are welcome, but a court order is required unless both parties agree. Your lawyer can also contact the program. This program is a collaborative effort between the Lakehead Regional Family Centre and the Thunder Bay and District Coordinating Committee Against Family Violence. Administration of the program occurs at the LRFC office on Lisgar St. The visitation site is elsewhere in the north ward. Brochures available at LRFC, legal offices and the Women's Centre. Contact 343-5060 for more information.
