Shipping

I always just charge my cost to ship - here are some guidelines:

If the order can be packed in a small padded envelope and still be no thicker than 2 cm (about 3/4 of an inch), it can be sent as letter mail for just $1.50 in North America. This includes things like light sabres and Krana.

The next size up is "small packet" which starts at $2 for surface mail to the USA, $2.50 overseas surface mail. Be aware that surface mail can take weeks! Air mail starts at $3.00 to the USA, $3.65 overseas. In Canada it's cheapest to send small orders in a Xpresspost envelope, which starts at $3.60 US.

Handling

Very small orders (under $3 US) are subject to an additional $1 handling fee - otherwise, I just charge my actual cost to package and ship the items. The handling fee is necessary so I'm not losing money to "sell" you Lego! :)

Your feedback

I do not accept orders from people with a negative feedback rating. I may also cancel orders from people who have recently received a number of negatives.

About the term "New"

If I list a *part* as "New" it means it's been taken out of a previously unopened, factory sealed box of Lego, and sorted by hand into appropriate storage containers. It isn't necessarily perfect - if you've ever bought Lego at the store before, you'll know that brand new Lego can be slightly flawed. If anything is obviously damaged, of course I won't sell it.

If I list a *set* as "New" it means it's never been opened, but the box isn't necessarily in 100% mint condition - anything beyond normal light shelf wear will be listed. Some boxes may have or have had stickers on them as well, if I purchased them from a store - if box condition is very important to you, it's up to you to inquire before you buy. Thanks!
