Birchcroft Kennels is the longest operating boarding kennel in Thunder Bay, established in 1969 and has over 40 years experience in pet care and training. Our goal is to provide the best possible care and service to you and your companion animal. We are continually improving and upgrading our facilities to better serve the needs of your pet. Birchcroft Kennels is locally owned and operated by Kathy Lingman.

35 years experience grooming American Cocker Spaniels, 25 plus years experience at all breed grooming. |

Our grooming salon is small and thus your pet is not subjected to a “production line” type of grooming. |

We specialize in “puppy’s first trim” by making his/her first groom as stress-free and as safe as possible. |
|
We use top quality shampoos (the same ones we use on our own “show dogs”) no harsh detergents! We have medicated, flea, herbal, harsh coat (for terriers) and regular shampoos as well as hot oil treatment and our water is conditioned with a “water softener”. |
