Kane is shown here winning his Canadian Championship with his good friend Arletta. 

Ch. Falkdane's Bliksem of Keetukka

"Blix"

Blix is from a litter of three pure white girls and is co-owned with Brenda Elliott of Shunico Kennels. 

She's the "devil in disguise" and loves to get the others all riled up...then sits back with the most innocent look on her very

cute face, and says "who me???"

Keetukka's Isis of Shunico, S.D.

"Isis"

Isis is shown here having just completed her first 16 mile race...at a year & a half of age, under the direction of Mark Millions.  Isis owns & loves Mark & Laurie Millions of Oakridgelane Kennels, Winnipeg.  She is co-owned by Brenda Elliott of Shunico Kennels, Thunder Bay.

 

 

Bliz does not like the show ring...she's much happier fishing in the boat up at Camp. 

She started obedience training (so did Shelley!!!) in 2006, but had to take time off for motherhood. 

Blizz LOVES swimming and here she is having a midnight skinny dip!

Ch. Keetukka's Cloudwalker TWolfseye

"Walker"

This is Kane's brother, Walker, finishing his Canadian Championship.  Walker is pointed in the USA.  With Walker is his son, Bruce,  "Wolfseye's 10th Ave Freeze Out" making his show debut.  Two months after this photo was taken, Bruce went on to take Winners Male at the Siberian Husky Club of Canada National Specialty, from the puppy class!  Walker and Bruce both live at Wolf's Eye Kennels.

Ch. Keetukka's Soloette T'Wolfseye

"Suki"

Always the "class clown", Suki's constant love of play led her handler, Tanice Berst-Hindle to refer to her as "Her Badness".

Three year old Suki, who is co-owned with Marian Day of Wolf's Eye Kennels, is slated for motherhood in 2009.  We can only hope that her kids love life as much as she does!

"Deacon" 

Deacon is co-owned by Brenda Elliott (Shunico Kennels) and Laurie Millions (Oakridgelane Kennels) and makes his home

with Laurie & Mark Millions in Winnipeg, Manitoba.  Deacon is pointed in the show ring, but much prefers running on Mark's team.

Keetukka N Shunico's Polaris

"Demon" 

Demon is co-owned with Brenda Elliott (Shunico Kennels) and makes his home at Keetukka. 

Demon is a proud young dog who is just beginning to learn some manners. Watch for him in the show ring in 2009.

 

 

Keetukka N Shunico's Teyha

"Teyha" 

Teyha is co-owned by Brenda Elliott (Shunico Kennels) and Laurie Millions (Oakridgelane Kennels) and makes her home

at Oakridgelane in Winnipeg. 

Somewhat reserved with strangers, Teyha will never be a show dog, but she has turned into a great little sled dog.

Ch. Shunico's Donder at Falkdane

"Donda" 

Donda is co-owned by Brenda Elliott (Shunico Kennels) and Laurie Millions (Oakridgelane Kennels) and makes her home

at Shunico in Thunder Bay. 

Donda is a perfect example of an "all-round" Siberian.....full of fun & mischief, and equally comfortable in the show ring,

in harness, or on the couch.   2009 will hopefully be a fun year, as Donda is scheduled to tackle motherhood.

 

Keetukka N Shunico's Lucia

"Lucy" 

Lucy is co-owned with Brenda Elliott (Shunico Kennels) and makes her home at Keetukka. 

Lucy had just begun learning to be a sled dog, when she had to take the rest of the winter off to raise an unexpected and unplanned litter of 8 babies.
