Thank you to all of my supporters and to everyone who came out and voted in the municipal election. While it may seem to be a small thing, taking time to vote is a fundamental right that many people in the world still do not enjoy.
I would also like to congratulate the new council members on their electoral success. I look forward to working with you all to make the changes our city needs to become truly sustainable in the years ahead.

Finally, all the best to the many other people, who like me, ran in the election but did not win a seat at the council or school board table. For democracy to work, voters need to hear many voices and have many choices. Your good ideas can be implemented. Stay involved - there are many other ways to play a part in setting the direction of Thunder Bay in the years ahead.
