To engage in Spirit-led, biblically based worship

inspiring, joyful and relevant

Our worship will reflect our lives today, encouraging prayer
in an atmosphere of reverence.

Presentation of the Gospel will be central to our worship
service, with regular celebration of the sacraments.

Music will be an integral part of our worship, drawing us
closer to God.

The sharing of our faith will be encouraged in our worship.

We will encourage participation in our worship services,
especially by our youth, employing and nurturing the gifts God has given us.

We will strive to make our place of worship physically
accommodating, creating an atmosphere that is pleasing and inviting for
worship.

We will focus on one Sunday morning worship service.

Special Sunday evening meetings will be held regularly.

Small groups will meet regularly.

Planning, implementation and evaluation of our worship
services will be done by worship-planning teams, the worship committee and
Pastor, under direction of council.

The Pastor, accountable to God and supervised by council,
will provide biblically based, Spirit-led sermons.

We will establish a Pastor’s Support team who prays for and
gives feedback to the Pastor.
To ensure opportunities for teaching, learning
and discovering God and His plan for your life today

We will establish an educational ministry team made up of the
head counselors of clubs, superintendent of Sunday School, our Pastor and
our Youth Pastor.

The educational ministry team will promote programs and make
resources available, on an ongoing basis.

We will provide reference material for all aspects and levels
of our educational programs.

We will keep an inventory of materials utilized by small
groups.

We will provide quality educational opportunities for all
ages and stages of spiritual development.

We will train and support our leaders, teachers and
counselors.

We will develop job descriptions for every position within
our educational program.

We will combine resources and energy with other churches for
our youth programs, where beneficial.

We will encourage youth mentoring and youth leadership.

All educational programs will be conducted in a safe and
nurturing environment.

All educational programs will be evaluated on a yearly basis.
To encourage everyone to serve

We will establish a Service Committee, to facilitate service
opportunities.

Service within our church community, our local community and
our global community will be strongly encouraged.

Job descriptions will be written for every position of
service within our church.

We will adopt a model of excellence in leadership by
providing training, guidance, encouragement, and support for those who
serve.

We will actively recruit and encourage all members of our
church community to serve in some way.

We will encourage gift-based service.

We will review service opportunities yearly.
