GUIDELINES - Use of Church Building

• Use of the building is available to all members.

• Individuals/groups are responsible for using the building in a Christian manner.

• All requests for use of the building should be submitted to the Committee of Management.

• Serving of food and/or beverages is limited to the basement of the church.

• Individuals/groups who use the building are responsible for ensuring it is left clean, and furniture is returned to its normal location.
  a) Wash and put away all dishes, utensils, coffepots, etc.
  b) Clean all countertops, tables, chairs used.
  c) Return furniture to its normal location.
  d) Return hymnals/Bibles to the sanctuary if removed from there.
  e) Sweep and mop floor. Vacuum rugs in area used.
  f) Any linens used must be brought home for cleaning and returned to the church.
  g) Empty the garbage can and put in new bag.
  h) It would be best if garbage is taken home for disposal.

• Individuals/groups who use the building are responsible for any damage, or breakage to church property.
  a) Report any damages to the Committee of Management.
  b) Replacement of broken fixtures, dishes, etc. is required.
  c) Rug cleaning will be charged back to group using the building, if required.

• Respectful and limited use of wine is allowed on the premises.
