AIDS Thunder Bay (ATB) estimates up to 300 cases of HIV and AIDS in Thunder Bay.

Of ATB's HIV positive clients, about 85% are heterosexual, about 38% are women, some 25% are Aboriginal, and over 50% have injection drug use backgrounds.
